$86,500 Goal

South Florida’s rapid market shift demands a new kind of worker. Our strategic goal is the Green Pathways Workforce BUNDLE, which is rooted in our Live, Learn, Work Independent Living Model. The core of this bundle is the "Triangle de Cuisson" Experiment Station—our real-world solution that leverages existing community resources (Libraries, Trade Education Centers, Scholarships, certifications, University Extension, partners) to achieve job equity and economic stability.

To ensure equitable access, our mobile-van extends our reach directly to shelters, foster care, and underserved communities across Miami Neighborhoods, North Miami Beach, North Miami, Miami Gardens, Opa Locka and Hialeah areas.

Invest in the Triangle. Invest in Miami's Green Future!

Established in 2021, La Coupe Joseph Farm Project Inc. (Doing Business as Coupe Joseph Resource Center) champions underrepresented individuals by fostering self-expression and community bonds. Our foundation includes delivering vital children’s literacy at public libraries and providing access to career training and scholarships. As a Florida Department of Education / Vocational Rehabilitation certified vendor, we provide essential employment services, career exploration, on-the-job training, and worked-based learning services designed to help individuals with disabilities achieve their employment goals.

This Give Miami Day, your support sustains the three critical pillars of our Workforce BUNDLE

1. The Learning Offer (VR Rapid Upskilling);

2. Hands-on Practices and Workforce Certification; and

3. Eco-lifestyles and Wellness Support (including seeking Independent Living Facility options/vouchers to provide stability for working students).

About The "Triangle de Cuisson" - Experiment Station

The "Triangle de Cuisson" (The Cooking Triangle) is a cutting-edge, cross-disciplinary Experiment Station designed to rapidly skill and empower a certified workforce for the modern green economy. It fuses three essential, interconnected roles—Master Gardener (Agriculture/urban horticulture), Cook (Culinary Arts), and Carpenter/Safety Specialist (Construction & Tools)—into one highly efficient training operation focused on food system development.

Core Operations (How We Work): The station provides hands-on, collaborative projects across all three sectors simultaneously. Training leverages VR platforms for rapid state-level certification (condensing 9 months of training into weeks) in core fields like:

  • Agriculture: Master Gardener, Urban Agriculture, Cottage Food Business

  • Culinary Arts: Cooking, Food Safety, Waste Reduction

  • Construction & Tools: Carpentry, Plumbing, Electricity, Green Energy, Robotics, AI

Crucially, the station serves as a hub for work-based learning (WBLE) experiences and micro-business incubation, specifically promoting cottage food businesses, alongside our advocacy efforts to secure housing stability and wellness support for students during their intensive career/trade training.

Your support: a Tangible and Measurable Return

We seek $86,500 to fund the VR component and scale our services. Your donation directly funds our goal to Certify 50 adults and youth in the Green Pathways Workforce Bundle in 2026, ensuring they have a stable place to live, move from unemployment to owning a sustainable business, or securing a high-pay green job.

By contributing, you become a visible, year-round champion of measurable results. Donors are recognized as key promoters of the values essential to a stable South Florida: Sovereignty, Autonomy, Efficiency, Equity, and Well-being. You are investing in actions for tangible, visible, and measurable results and impact.
