$3,150 goal
The foundation of economic stability is not just a job, but the capacity for autonomy. In Florida, the Cottage Food Operation law allows entrepreneurs to generate up to $250,000 in revenue without immediate licensure requirements—a genuine path to a 6-figure business. Our goal is to leverage this opportunity for our learners.
We are launching the 6-Figure Business Incubator Pilot to directly support the "Triangle de Cuisson" Experiment Station. This incubator is the entrepreneurial engine of our Green Pathways Workforce Solution, designed to foster the development of 3 to 6 new cottage food businesses in 2026.
Our High-Impact Incubation Model
We challenge groups of three learners/entrepreneurs to collaboratively develop a food or plant-based solution aimed at generating at least $8,500 per month in group revenue (approx. $2,800 per individual).
This intensive pilot provides the necessary structure to turn skills into income:
Resources: Access to a professional kitchen (8 hours) for prototyping and production.
Business Coaching (8 hours): Dedicated training in production planning, budgeting, sales projection, inventory, invoicing, and basic accounting.
Marketing & Design (4 hours): Specialized training in marketing, product design, and customer experience.
Cross-Disciplinary Experience: The model encourages entrepreneurs to leverage their trade skills—Agriculture, Culinary Arts, and Carpentry—for a competitive edge.
Market Access: Quarterly Farmer's Market events and business expos to secure early sales and feedback.
By funding this $3,150 pilot, you are investing in immediate, measurable economic autonomy for our learners and establishing a replicable blueprint for future green entrepreneurs.
