Gang Alternative’s Workforce Development programs are designed for individuals who have faced barriers to employment — including those returning from incarceration, or those working to overcome challenges with substance misuse or mental health. We help participants rebuild their confidence, develop job skills, and find meaningful work that restores both income and dignity.

We’ve witnessed incredible transformation: people who once felt forgotten now walk proudly into interviews, earning certifications, and building stability for their families. This work isn’t just about job placement — it’s about hope, redemption, and opportunity.
