Too many Miami students start school without a qualified teacher. Achieve Miami’s Teacher Accelerator Program (TAP) is solving that. We recruit and train talented local residents, cover the full cost of certification, and place them directly into Miami-Dade classrooms. In three years, TAP has trained 400+ future teachers, placed nearly 300, and ensured over 10,000 students have a teacher who believes in them.
