Achieve Miami

For 10 years, Achieve Miami has been expanding access and opportunity for students across South Florida.

Through innovative programs that combine mentorship, enrichment, and community engagement, we’ve empowered the next generation of students and teachers to learn, lead, and thrive!

Our core programs — Achieve SPARK, Achieve Music, Achieve Summer, and Achieve High School — create joyful, transformative learning experiences that strengthen literacy, leadership, and confidence. And through our Teacher Accelerator Program (TAP), we’re addressing Florida’s teacher shortage by recruiting, training, and placing hundreds of new educators in local classrooms.

Over the past decade, we’ve reached more than 15,000 students and 260 schools across 43 communities. As we celebrate 10 years of Achieve, we’re reflecting on a decade of impact and looking ahead to the next 10 years of transformation.
