Our Story
WITH Festival started with the coming together of a handful of people from around the world in Miami is 2021. The idea was to create a series of celebrations of purposeful storytelling with other organizations, institutions, and people.
The third edition of our locally embedded, globally distributed festival is going to take place in Ahmedabad, Miami, Quito and São Paulo, on February 21, 2025. These festivals ill be hybrid in-person and virtually connected events.
Our 2025 theme is BORDERLESS: Global Indigenous Futures. Our goal is to amplify the voices and stories of indigenous communities in the countries where we are organizing WITH festivals and beyond.
WITH Festival is organized by Miami bases non-profit Media for Change and convened by our institutional partners University of Miami (India), University of Miami (USA), SENAC São Paulo (Brazil) and Universidad San Francisco de Quito Ecuador.
Every dollar raised for WITH Festival goes towards covering actual hard costs associated with making the festival possible. Any amount of support helps.
