Expanding French Classroom Libraries and Educational Resources

For over 35 years, the French International Program Association (FIPA) has partnered with parents, teachers, and Miami-Dade County Public Schools to give children the gift of bilingual education.  

This year, on Give Miami Day 2025, we are focusing on two essential goals that directly support our students and teachers:  

1. 📚 French Classroom Libraries: Books are at the heart of learning and are the key to building strong language skills. Our goal is to expand every classroom’s French library with engaging, age-appropriate titles that spark curiosity, imagination, and a love of reading.  

2. 🎮 Educational Games: We will invest in educational games that will serve both the classrooms and provide crucial practice opportunities for students. These activities boost confidence, grow vocabulary, and help students connect with the language in meaningful ways.

By donating, you are investing in the resources (books, supplies, materials) that help bilingual education flourish.  

Every gift—large or small—has a direct impact, and all donations are welcome! The levels below are just suggestions to show what your support can accomplish.

Participation Levels:

• The Reader ($25): Buys 2 new French books for a classroom library.
• The Resource Builder ($100): Supports the purchase of classroom resources and multiple books.
• The Library Developer ($250): Funds the acquisition of a small collection of books and reading materials.
• The Literacy Partner ($500+): Provides a major investment in French classroom libraries.
