Mission

As a dedicated parents association, the French International Program Association (FIPA) is committed to maitain and enrich the bilingual French educational program of MDCPS public schools. Our mission is to foster an authentic French linguistic and cultural immersion experience for the students in our program, while providing financial support to their teachers. This dual approach aims to ensure the high academic standing and long-term sustainability of the French section of the International Studies program.
