Listen to our Bounce theme song! Every summer our participants, staff, and volunteers learn a dance to this song, which gets performed on our Celebration Day. Our goal is to remind youth they can rebound, or BOUNCE BACK, from challenges, and sometimes, it can even be done in a safe and fun way!

Hi there, welcome to The BOUNCE Squad! We are so happy you've joined us!
This team is passionate about BOUNCE, our trauma resolution program for youth, but every gift here supports Wellspring's full mission, wherever the need is greatest.
So, what is BOUNCE? What does "trauma resolution program" even mean?
Well, did you ever go through difficult things as a child, and as you reflect now, wish you had a place to support you, teach you how to handle big emotions, and help you process so you can heal? If you answered yes, you probably would have loved and needed BOUNCE!
BOUNCE is a program close to our heart because it helps children move forward when something bad has happened in their lives. It teaches them ways to cope with stress, fear, anger, sadness, anxiety, shame, guilt, and many more emotions we usually don't enjoy! We teach this in a fun, creative, and therapeutic way that not only helps them manage the big bad events in their lives, but prepares them for the little annoying, bad things that happen every day too (i.e. losing our phone or keys, breaking a nail, running out of milk!).
One of the topics we teach at Bounce is on trauma. What it does to our brains and bodies and what we need to heal from it. One of those things being safety, or as we word it, "a soft place to land". And that is what BOUNCE is. A place where youth can feel safe, valued, and heard as they process the bad things that have happened in their lives.
BOUNCE is also extremely special because we see God's transformative work happen in every child every single time! We are always amazed at the transformation that takes place and are hopeful that each year we will be able to serve more kids than before. But we can't do this without YOU! BOUNCE is FREE to Miami-Dade residents because of people like you who give, and grants provided by the county, given by people who believe in the work we do and have seen the positive results.
Help us gather funds that will pave the way for our children to heal from their traumas, so they can become healthy, brave, loving, and bright adults that will change the world!
