Wellspring Counseling

About 

Transforming hearts and minds each day, Wellspring is a non-profit counseling center and outreach ministry that provides mental health services and education to those in need of healing. Always striving to foster real healing, Wellspring creates opportunities for restoration using professional, spiritual, and holistic practices.  

What sets us apart from other non-profit counseling centers is our integration of faith with clinical excellence. Considering the physical, intellectual, emotional, social, behavioral, environmental, and spiritual aspects of a person's life, we use the whole picture to heal from the inside out.  

Trauma recovery, our specific passion at Wellspring, is just one of many services we offer using experiential therapies to reach a wide variety of clients. Because we consider all people to be of equal value under God, worthy of respect and healing, we are committed to serving people of any race, gender, color, age, disability, sexual orientation, or religion. Ultimately, through the use of therapy, our mission is to bring transforming change to communities and generations to come.

Wellspring brings transforming change to individuals, communities, and generations to come using mental health services and education in a professional, spiritual, and holistic way.   

Our Goals

At Wellspring, we are committed to creating an emotionally thriving community. Through the gracious financial support we receive from various sources, our services help and heal individuals from the inside out.

This year on Give Miami Day, November 16th, 2023, we have 3 goals for raising the financial support it takes to care for those we serve:   

1) Providing affordable counseling

One of our aspirations at Wellspring is to create an emotionally thriving community. To do so, we must bridge the gap in communities that receive mental health services. By raising support, we can provide affordable counseling to both the general population and at-risk individuals in our community, offering mental health care to all of those in need.  

2) Distributing accessible mental health resources 

We believe that we can break down mental health barriers and stigmas by ensuring that essential mental health information is available to all. As a result, each community can have equal access to opportunities for healing, and real change can be made. Using the financial gifts we are given, we can continue to create educational and therapeutic resources that can be used universally online and in-person.          

3) Creating opportunities for advancement in our programs.  

Determined to bring mental health care to the core of our community, we want to make a lasting impact on the well-being of the people we serve. Using the funds we raise, we hope to develop and refine our extremely successful group and individual programs for mental health healing. As we continue to reform and rectify our society’s relationship with mental health, we hope the money we raise allows us to continue our passion for healing those on all ranges of the mental health spectrum.
