Behind Every Strong Ministry is a Supported Leader

Have you ever felt overwhelmed while trying to be there for everyone else?

Ministry leaders and missionaries can feel that way, too. The stress, loneliness, and emotional weight of caring for others can take a toll. The pressure to keep going and appear strong can make it difficult to ask for help. They need space to be honest about their struggles, seek counseling, and receive support without shame. Their needs and well-being matter, too.

Their work is sacred. They walk alongside people through difficult seasons and share the love of Jesus in their communities and across nations. As they pour into others, they need people who will pour into them.

In Matthew 22:37–39, Jesus calls us to love God with our whole heart, soul, and mind, and to love our neighbors as ourselves. Even in the call to serve others, Jesus makes room for us, too. We believe caring for others should never require us to abandon our own well-being. Those who spend their lives pouring into others need to be poured into, too.
