Every day, I have the privilege of working alongside Urban Health Partnerships (UHP) through our Community Driven Leadership, Food Access & Security, Health, Built Environment, and Age-Friendly efforts to tackle one of our community’s greatest challenges: ensuring that every family has access to nutritious, affordable food. Together with dedicated cross-sector partners, we are building a stronger food system: one that connects people and communities to fresh produce, nutrition education, and health services while empowering leaders to drive lasting change.

Your donation helps us continue this work, my "Ikigai" (Japanese for "my reason/my purpose in life"): ensuring that everyone can live and lead healthy lives and thrive!
