At UHP, we believe change works best when it starts with the people who live it every day. That’s why our Community Liaison (CL) Framework is so powerful.

Community Liaisons aren’t just volunteers, they’re neighbors, parents, caregivers, and leaders who bring their lived experiences to the table. And we make sure they’re paid, trained, and supported to use their voice, their networks, and their skills to spark real change.
