Girls Inc. of Greater Miami is more than a program — it's a promise to every girl who dreams of a brighter future. And as staff, we carry that promise every day.

We show up for our girls through innovative programs, strong mentorship, and safe spaces where they can lead, learn, and thrive. From STEM and speech to life skills and leadership, we equip girls to break barriers and redefine what’s possible.

In 2024, 87% of our girls shared that there’s an adult who believes they will succeed. 85% are stepping into leadership roles in their communities. 96% are excited to learn, and 95% say they value collaboration across cultures.

These aren’t just numbers — they’re a reflection of what happens when bold staff meet bold girls.

This Give Miami Day, we’re not just behind the scenes — we’re on the front lines of giving too. Our staff team is fundraising to expand this impact and reach 1,000 girls by the end of 2026.
