Hello! I am Fumiyuki Gardner, Evaluation Coordinator at Urban Health Partnerships.

I am raising funds for Urban Health Partnerships (UHP) as part of Give Miami Day 2025! Our mission is to invest in communities by co-designing sustainable change and promoting health and well-being across the life span.

I am incredibly grateful to be able to contribute to and work with a deeply caring team to empower the communities to participate in making decisions that impact their health, and to promote building a culture of health equity, age-friendly communities for longevity, healthy streets and public spaces, food access, security, and justice, community-driven leadership, and other initiatives.
