FIU CasaCuba at the Benjamín León Jr. Building is a first-of-its-kind academic and cultural center that will allow visitors to gather, exchange ideas, and find inspiration from the Cuban story.
Currently under construction, this 43,000-square-foot destination at the entrance of FIU’s Modesto A. Maidique Campus will celebrate Cuban identity through academic programming, interactive galleries, event spaces, and rare historical collections, while advancing scholarship in Cuban studies, diaspora studies, and cross-cultural research.
