At Gang Alternative, Inc., we believe prevention is the most powerful form of protection. Our Positive Youth Development programs focus on risk avoidance, leadership, and decision-making skills that help youth navigate life’s challenges safely and confidently.

We work with young people who face daily exposure to violence, peer pressure, and instability — yet every session, they show up ready to grow. Through evidence-based programs, mentoring, and prevention activities, we teach youth how to set boundaries, resist negative influences, and build resilience. We watch them gain confidence, find their voice, and begin to imagine futures filled with opportunity instead of obstacles.
