Coastlove, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is creating lasting change across Miami by educating and empowering youth and adults through hands-on programs and community events. Our Young Changemakers Program inspires high school students to take direct action in their neighborhoods, cleaning up parks, planting native species, testing water quality, and learning how to combat plastic pollution, climate change, and urban heat.
Through weekly meetings, field trips, and community projects, students build leadership, teamwork, and environmental stewardship while earning community service hours. By the end of the program, participants graduate as confident young leaders with the knowledge and tools to protect their environment and inspire others to do the same.
