Coastlove brings people together through hands-on environmental action to build a cooler, greener, more resilient Miami.

We work directly with residents and community partners to identify challenges, prioritize needs, and create lasting solutions. Through our Urban Heat Program, Coastlove connects immediate heat relief with longer-term environmental action in three key areas:

Heat Relief & Hydration

Coastlove's Hydration Station Pop-Ups provide drinking water, cooling and hydration resources, reusable items, and heat-safety information to help communities cope with extreme heat.

Community Greening & Canopy

We work with communities on tree planting, native landscaping, cleanups, and other greening projects that increase shade and green space and create healthier outdoor environments.

Coastal & Ecosystem Restoration

Coastlove engages communities in coastal cleanups, native planting, invasive species removal, dune restoration, and other hands-on projects that support biodiversity, ecosystem health, and long-term resilience.

Education is woven throughout this work, helping people understand the connection between individual action, community health, and healthy ecosystems.
