$5,000 goal

Dear Friends and Supporters,

Today marks the launch of Give Miami 2023, our community's most significant and rapidly growing philanthropic initiative. With over 1,000 organizations participating, the season of Thanksgiving is off to an inspiring start. Susi and I are profoundly grateful for the opportunities that Give Miami Day presents for making impactful contributions. As dedicated board members of City Theatre, we urge you to consider a gift to City Theatre.

Reflecting on last year's Give Miami Day fills us with immense gratitude. Your generous donations were crucial in expanding our SHORT CUTS Tour, bringing live theater to thousands of young people in libraries, public schools, and summer camps throughout the county. Thanks to you, our CITY READS short play reading series expanded to two new locations, and the HOMEGROWN Playwright Development program created new platforms for emerging voices that mirror our diverse community..

As we prepare for this year's Give Miami Day on November 16, our goal is to raise $45,000, and my personal goal is $5000. This day is vital for organizations like ours, providing significant funding essential for the continuation and accessibility of our programs.

Every contribution, no matter the size, powers our mission and enables us to make an even greater impact.

Thank you for your applause and dedication over the years.  Your support has been the foundation of our success, and as we embark on this new chapter, we count on your continued involvement.

Together, let's make this Give Miami Day a milestone for City Theatre and our arts community.

With heartfelt thanks,

Alan Fein
