Empower Lives, End Homelessness: A Message from the Philanthropy Team

By combining housing with caring support and wrap-around services, Chapman Partnership helps our neighbors overcome homelessness and achieve long-term self-sufficiency. Our two Homeless Assistance Centers serve as primary intake facilities, housing 800 individuals and serving an additional 450 family members at pre-shelter locations. Since 1995, we've empowered the lives of over 130,000 individuals, including 25,000 children. With your help, we can continue moving the needle on homelessness in our community. Every dollar contributes to this mission.

Meet the dedicated faces of our team — Mallory Weintraub, Cristine Hernandez and
Andrea Angel — in the snapshot above. Although not captured, Alicia Valois and Vickie Hopta are integral to our shared mission. As leaders of the Philanthropy Team, we are dedicated to fundraising for the men, women, and children we serve at our centers every single day. We can't wait to connect with you to maximize the impact on our community.

Our Goal: $1,650 - Providing 500 Clients with Three Meals

Your support makes a tangible difference and your contribution directly impacts lives and helps us create a lasting change in our community.

Thank you for being a crucial part of our mission to empower lives and end homelessness.
