Chapman Partnership’s two Homeless Assistance Centers serve as primary intake facilities for Miami-Dade County’s Homeless Continuum of Care. Every night, we provide shelter to 800 men, women and children and serve an additional 500 family members in pre-shelter locations.
But we’ve always understood that ending homelessness requires more than shelter.
Through housing assistance, workforce development, family support, health and wellness services, education, and case management, Chapman Partnership helps individuals and families experiencing homelessness move toward long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
Every day, we help create pathways from homelessness to stability.
