Every child has a light. Some shine loudly, others quietly, but all are powerful. And some, like Jahmya, leave a glow that continues long after they’re gone.

The Uniqly Made Foundation was created in honor of Jahmya, a courageous and joyful UniqWarrior who faced complex heart conditions with extraordinary grace. Though her life was short, her legacy is everlasting. Her story is the heartbeat of everything we do and the inspiration behind our first annual Hearts of Hope Gala.

This evening is more than an event. It’s a tribute. A gathering of hearts, families, and advocates committed to making sure that children with medical complexities are seen, celebrated, supported and that families walking through grief know they are never alone.

The Uniqly Made Foundation exists to uplift families of medically complex children and those grieving their loss. Our programs are rooted in compassion and community, offering both practical support and emotional healing.

Core Programs Your Support Will Fund:

Empowering an UniqWarrior- We deliver superhero capes and UniqBuddy Bears to children in hospitals, reminding them they are strong, brave, and never forgotten.

The UniqGrief Garden- A safe space for mothers who have lost medically complex children. Through art, storytelling, and gentle community, this program creates space to grieve, remember, and heal. Virtual participants receive shipped art kits to join in from anywhere.
