When I think about making lasting change in our community, I know it takes more than one organization working alone. The most effective change happens when resources and wisdom are integrated, making every effort go further. That’s what “collective impact” means: residents, community-based organizations, health providers, and local leaders joining forces to tackle the bigger issues that shape our health and well-being. Things like access to care, food, transportation, and social connection all influence whether people thrive. By working across sectors, we can break down barriers and build healthier, stronger communities.
