Amor Y Fuerza Honduras

Amor Y Fuerza Honduras was founded in November 2020 by Martha & Maritza Hernandez, mother, and daughter, that carry the passion of giving and helping others less fortunate. 

Internationally, our focus is to help low-income schools and families in Honduras that are in forgotten rural communities. We have purchased new student desks, teachers’ desks, school supplies; have installed electrical connections to have access to light in schools and installed ceiling fans since these schools do not have central air conditioners. So far, we have been able to help 2 schools, but with your help we can help a lot more!    

Locally, we partner up with other non-profits to make a bigger impact in our Miami Dade County Community. We have an annual toy drive, where these toys are delivered to several countries such as Honduras, Ecuador, Venezuela, and Haiti; locally delivered to foster care and children with special need facilities and Ronald McDonald’s House. We have several homeless projects year-round, where we make homemade food to feed the homeless and make hygiene bags to give to them. And have completed the same with a Guatemalan Indigenous community that is located in the Redlands. We are now helping school pantries collect school supplies, snacks, drinks, and personal hygiene products for their students in high school with Back-to-School Collection Drives. Many of these high schools teach students that are currently homeless and/or live in low-income communities.  

We have fundraisers to help pay costs for these causes. Many times, we pay out of pocket for shipping of the toys, purchasing items to complete hygiene bags and homemade foods and activities for the children and much more.
