The Women's Edge, formally The Commonwealth Institute, founded its chapter in Miami in 2004. Since then, we have been committed to propelling women leaders, their organizations and the next generation of female leaders. Through mentorship, leadership development and signature programs, our mission is to advance all women as leaders. At The Women's Edge, we elevate and celebrate the women who are making an impact in their organization, community and the economy.
