I am a life long-learner so my current role as leader of your Women's Fund Miami-Dade is a dream job for me. I get to meet visionaries and leaders who can tell me what I need to know and what I can do to make our a more efficient, thriving place. The members of Empowering Early Learning Educators are filling a major gap & need. How exciting is that?! They have the lived experience to tell us how to improve and revolutionize this essential care "industry." What is more important for any society to "produce" than happy, healthy, cared for children?
