We’re building power from the classroom up.
EELE is a grassroots coalition led by childcare center owners, directors, and administrators working together to elevate early childhood education in Miami-Dade. We’re not just sharing resources. We’re building a movement!
In just one year, our network has grown to over 100 strong. We’ve united passionate early childhood leaders who are tired of being isolated and overlooked, and ready to speak up for smarter policies, better pay, and a more sustainable future for our sector.
We work across three key areas:
Advocacy: Training leaders to influence policy and raise their voices.
Resource Hub: Sharing business tools, funding opportunities, and hands-on support.
Innovation: Piloting bold ideas for center sustainability and workforce wellbeing.
When you support EELE, you’re helping us grow our footprint throughout Miami-Dade by helping us recruit new members, host in-person coalition gatherings, and connect early childhood leaders with community partners and decision-makers.
