Hey Friends and Family, 

As a former client, and now the Programs and Education manager at Wellspring Counseling, I've experienced and seen firsthand the incredible transformations that affordable mental health care can spark. The work of Wellspring is not just about healing individuals. When an individual’s mental health is addressed, it creates a ripple effect, healing relationships, families, and communities!

After a life-altering cancer diagnosis, I attended Wellspring’s first Restore Resilience Retreat in 2019. It was pivotal in my overall healing journey. Cancer hadn’t just affected my physical health, but also my mental health. Through gracious and kind donors, Restore Retreat was made affordable for me to attend. I received tools and resources that helped me face the journey I had been on, and it was transformative! 

That's why I'm teaming up with Wellspring Counseling for Give Miami Day, gathering funds that will pave the way for accessible counseling and mental health educational resources for others.

My heart is to see others who have walked through something similar find lasting healing. Imagine a world where mental health comes first and asking for help is a sign of strength!
