Bringing Music to You!

19 years ago, my friend Elaine Rinaldi started Orchestra Miami to fill the musical void that was left by the former Florida Philharmonic Orchestra's bankruptcy. Since then, she has built an ensemble which exists to serve all people in Miami-Dade County. From our annual free Beethoven on the Beach series, the annual free NYE Celebration on Miami Beach, to our Family Fun series and free education programs with the Miami-Dade County Public Schools, there is literally something for everyone.  Nearly 1/2 of its programs are offered for free or pay-what-you-wish, so everyone is able to access our excellent programs.

And I do mean excellent! Orchestra Miami often brings programs to Miami which cannot be heard anywhere else, and employs only the finest, most highly-trained local professional musicians and guest artists from around the country. 

But quality and accessibility doesn't come cheap, which is why I;m asking for your help on Give Miami Day. Every donation of $25 and over will be matched 100% (up to $1,000), and all other donations are matched on a percentage basis (typically an additional 14%). So your dollars go farther this week.
