Healthy Mind Heart and Body, Inc. Empowers Underserved Communities for Lifelong Health. We are proud to be a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to this cause.  Through outreach efforts, our Purpose is to provide Community Education and Training. We believe that knowledge is power. We educate and train our community about health disparities, empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their well-being.  We improved healthcare access through training and education and providing resources to shape opportunities and improve access to better healthcare.  These efforts ensure that no one is left behind due to financial constraints or lack of information.   We are committed to promoting and supporting healthy lifestyles for families. Our goal is to create a culture of wellness that extends across generations.

Our Impact over the years has made a meaningful difference in the lives of those we served. Our annual events, such as the Back to School Health and Safety Fair, are a testament to our dedication. At the 12th Annual Back to School Health and Safety Fair on July 29, 2023, we brought together the community at Charles Hadley Park. We distributed over 300 backpacks filled with school supplies and hosted 40 local agency vendors promoting a Healthy lifestyle and access to healthcare.  To include but not limited to free child wellness physicals, vaccinations for all ages, Vision, hearing, and dental exams, EKG testing for all children five (5) years old and above, CPR demonstrations and training, free meals, and a delightful kid zone with activities like a bounce house, and a petting zoo.  To expand our outreach efforts this activity was replicated, in the South Dade areas of Florida City, and Homestead.   This event was well attended and beneficial to the community.   In addition to these events, we also provide education to our senior population. i.e mental health, heart disease, diabetes, and caregiving. We have health and resource fairs for seniors with over 40 vendors that provide information on all the services they will need to live independently in the community.
