About Fit for a Queen
Fit for a Queen is a women's empowerment series developed and presented by Women Grow Strong, Inc. Fit for a Queen provides training and development for women and young adults. The series helps transform and improve women's self-esteem, appeal, direction and purpose in life and provides tools for healthy living and a wholesome lifestyle by offering a positive outlook on life.
Sessions range from fashion and fitness to business and bookkeeping. Other topics include education, social skills and workplace etiquette.
Subject matter workbooks are developed and provided to the attendees. Various industry experts serve as presenters for many of the sessions, each lasting 45-60 minutes in length.
This series was developed as a result of meeting and providing insight and support to a large number of females with little to no self-esteem, ambition and hope. Women Grow Strong saw this void particularly in women who come from diverse walks of life and less privileged socio-economic status.
Course Evaluations from Fit for a Queen participants will be gathered using pre and post survey tools. In addition, there will be online evaluation forms provided to each session participant. The evaluations will rank and provide feedback on every aspect of the series - including speaker subject matter, research materials, packaging, presentation and timeliness. This will assist in the overall measurement of the series' performance and success.

Mission
Women Grow Strong, Inc., also known as WINGS for Women in Need Growing Strong, is a not-for-profit organization that provides training, counseling, development and discipleship to women and young adults. WINGS helps to sow seeds of mercy, grace, provision and love into the hearts and souls of women striving for empowerment, self esteem and confidence.
Bernadette A. Morris is the founder of Women Grow Strong and is herself a successful business owner who has the heart, mind and soul to share her talents, time and gifts with women of all ages and throughout the country. Bernadette holds a Master's of Public Administration degree from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communications from Stetson University and the University of North Florida.
Women Grow Strong, Inc. was officially incorporated in August 2007 with its corporate office in Miami, Florida and has a satellite conference center in Canton, North Carolina.
