Suited for Success / Dress for Success Miami

Suited for Success empowers a diverse community of individuals, helping them achieve economic independence and self-sufficiency through career development, training, and a strong support network. 

Since its inception in 1994, Suited for Success has positively impacted over 40,000 women through its Dress for Success Miami women's program and an additional 30,000 men, veterans, and youth. Those who complete the program gain the confidence to present themselves at their best when meeting with prospective employers. 

Suited for Success is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization governed by a dedicated volunteer board of directors. Their signature programs—Employment Skills Training, Dress for Success Miami (women's program), Vets for Success, and Youth Program—have a profound impact on the lives of 1,200 individuals and their families each year.
