At Youth Co-Op, Inc., the Contracts and Data Integrity Team is proud to help bring the organization’s vision and mission to life. We are a group of ten dedicated professionals working behind the scenes to ensure the Comprehensive Refugee Services (CRS) program in Miami-Dade County runs with accuracy, accountability, and integrity.
Through CRS, eligible individuals receive employment assistance, legal immigration services, childcare, housing, youth programming, and mentoring services; all designed to help new arrivals achieve self-sufficiency and social adjustment within their first five years in the U.S.
We love what we do because every contract, every report, and every data point represents real people building new lives and achieving their goals. Seeing individuals secure jobs, learn English, and achieve self-sufficiency reminds us why accuracy, accountability, and integrity matter. We’re proud to strengthen the foundation that allows entrants, refugees and immigrants to thrive in our community.
