As Board Members of TMCS Community Care, we are especially proud of the transformational impact of the iDAD Fatherhood Program. We’ve watched fathers show up, lean in, and grow—building stronger relationships with their children, improving emotional resilience, and stepping confidently into leadership roles at home and in the community. iDAD isn’t just a program; it’s a catalyst for generational change, and we see the results in every graduation, every breakthrough moment, and every dad who decides to rewrite his family’s story.
