Housing is a struggle in Miami. Rent isn’t getting cheaper, climate gentrification is growing and landlords aren't getting any better.

For the past 10 years, SMASH Miami has shown there are other ways to live that make housing more just, equitable and more accessible through creating community land trusts and co-op housing. 

It’s the future we all deserve, where everyone is housed, safe and treated with dignity!

I invite you to support SMASH on this Give Miami Day, your donation will allow SMASH to expand their housing program in support of LGBTQ Homeless Youth of Miami. It will also support their advocacy efforts for housing and climate justice and advance on their mission to build power for the most marginalized populations of Miami and their vision to make housing a human right.
