For more than 75 years, Dade Legal Aid has been there, quietly standing beside those who can’t afford an attorney but desperately need one. We provide free civil legal services in family law, housing, domestic violence, guardianship, disability, consumer rights, and more. But beyond the legal work, we offer something deeper — hope, protection, and the promise of justice.

Our dedicated team of attorneys and volunteers fight every day to make sure that justice isn’t a privilege reserved for a few, it’s a right guaranteed to all.
