At TMCS Community Care, we help families navigate the critical steps following an autism screening, connecting children at risk for autism to diagnostic evaluations, specialists, and essential support services.

For many families, accessing these services can be overwhelming. Our Care Coordinators bridge the gap by providing personalized guidance, referrals, and follow-up support.

At approximately $30 per hour, families need an average of 3.5 hours of care coordination to connect with diagnostic and evaluation services.

• $30 – One hour of care coordination
• $105 – Support for one family
• $525 – Support for five families
• $1,050 – Support for ten families
