For 25 years, Sant La has stood as a "Poto Mitan" (centered pillar) for Miami’s Haitian community—through challenge, change, and triumph. We have listened, guided, taught, and uplifted thousands of individuals and families. Because when our community is strong, we are all strong.

Since 2007, Sant La’s Employment Services have played a vital role in advancing economic mobility and strengthening our community’s prosperity. Many of our participants come to us with solid work experience, yet still face significant barriers when navigating South Florida’s modern, highly digital job market. Limited familiarity with employment norms, language hurdles, and a lack of industry-recognized credentials often make it difficult for them to secure stable, well-paying jobs.
