Treasurer - Dr. Withza Nibbs

I am proud to serve as a board member for Prosperity Social & Community Development Group, Inc. (PSCDG), an organization deeply committed to empowering Miami’s youths and families. My journey with PSCDG stems from a passion for creating meaningful opportunities for those who face systemic barriers, and a belief that investing in young people and families is an investment in the future of our entire community.

Throughout my time on the board, I have had the privilege of contributing to PSCDG’s vision and strategic direction, helping ensure our programs are inclusive, accessible, and impactful. I am particularly committed to initiatives that provide mentorship, skills training, and family support, recognizing that holistic guidance is essential for long-term success. By helping youths develop leadership, employability, and life skills, and by supporting families with resources and guidance, we aim to break cycles of poverty and unlock potential in every community we serve.

PSCDG’s programs, such as mentorship initiatives, skills-building workshops, and family support services, exemplify our commitment to creating pathways for lasting change. Seeing participants grow in confidence, achieve personal goals, and contribute positively to their communities is a continual source of inspiration for me. It reinforces the importance of our mission and motivates me to advocate for greater resources, partnerships, and community engagement.
