This story highlights Kevin, a participant of ours that engaged in the paid work based learning program in various locations to develop his professional skills. Over the years of participating he was able to enhance his ability to gain meaningful employment. Earlier this year he had the opportunity to participate in a mentoring day at Baptist Health Bridge Program and has been working for over the past 8 months. Kevin is an example of how our paid work based learning program can successfully transition young adults into successful employment.
