The Camping to Connect experience inside the iDAD Fatherhood Program is a high-impact, nature-based leadership retreat designed to pull fathers out of their daily grind and into a space where real growth happens. Through guided outdoor activities, fireside conversations, and structured brotherhood-building exercises, fathers strengthen emotional resilience, sharpen communication skills, and reconnect with their purpose. The model creates a powerful environment for reflection, vulnerability, and bonding — helping men return home more grounded, more present, and more equipped to lead their families with intention.
