12th Annual Children of the Lotus

For 11 years, the Children of the Lotus retreat has empowered thousands of underserved families through holistic wellness. Our 12th retreat will focus on the sacral chakra, addressing creativity, emotions, mental health, and relationships—key areas that impact students' success and family well-being.

We aim to increase emotional resilience and strengthen family connections through age-appropriate workshops for children, tweens, teens, and parents. Responding to rising mental health concerns, our program includes activities like dance, art, and emotional release rituals to help participants release emotional blocks and nurture creativity.

Parents will benefit from free massages, reiki, and sound healing—services that may not be accessible to them otherwise. Additionally, we advocate for mental health awareness in underserved communities through partnerships with local organizations and outreach efforts to ensure families receive the support they need.
