Free Your Mind Summer Camp is a transformative experience by Dreamcatchers for the Soul Foundation, providing high-quality, enriching programming for underserved children in Miami-Dade County. This camp is designed to foster creativity, mindfulness, conflict resolution, self-regulation, leadership, and resilience through an immersive focus on visual and performing arts.

The camp empowers youth and teens to express themselves openly and creatively, offering a safe space to discuss personal challenges and collaboratively work through them. The performing arts, including drama and dance, encourage self-expression and problem-solving, building social-emotional skills that enhance academic growth and self-confidence. Unlike other programs, Free Your Mind doesn’t offer gardening or juicing activities but focuses on arts-based tools to equip campers with skills in leadership, resilience, and self-regulation—qualities that have lasting impacts on their emotional and social well-being.
