Dear Friends, Colleagues, and Changemakers, I am reaching out to you not just as a member of your network, but as someone whose life has been transformed by the power of collective action for gender equity.

My journey into nonprofit work began with a simple question: “What if everyone had the opportunity to thrive?” That question led me to women-empowerment endeavors as a volunteer and ended up at The Women’s Fund Miami-Dade full-time, a 4x4 organization where that vision is not just a dream, but a calling. I saw firsthand how systemic barriers hold women and girls back, and how a single act of support can change a life. That experience ignited my purpose for gender equity and set me on a path to join The Women’s Fund, an organization that doesn’t just talk about positive change; it delivers it.

* Funding & Grantee Partners: How The Women's Fund Miami-Dade was born, literally. Directly funding grassroots organizations and innovative solutions as co-creators and super-connectors for Early Learning Education and Infant&Maternal Health.

* Advocacy & Community Impact: Shaping policy and public awareness to dismantle barriers through Public Awareness Campaigns.

* Convenings: Bringing together experts, survivors, and allies in virtual and in-person forums to spark solutions with monthly Impact Collaboratives, annual Town Hall with the Mayor and Advocacy Training.

* Research & Data: Providing the facts, tools such us Dashboard, Gender Equity Index and Self-Sufficiency Standard, landscapes and policy papers that drive smarter, more effective action.
