Every year, United HomeCare collaborates with the community to organize and deliver over 100 Thanksgiving Food Baskets to seniors in the Miami-Dade community who would not otherwise be able to celebrate Thanksgiving. Many recipients are homebound without family or friends. This is their only opportunity to have a traditional holiday dinner.
Your support will help us meet our goal of preparing at least 100 Thanksgiving Food Baskets. Every donated dollar is used to purchase food items and baskets, which are delivered to seniors' homes by United HomeCare's volunteers and staff.
