Vocal Youth Miami, formerly The Children's Voice Chorus, is dedicated to empowering empathic, creative young people through the power of vocal music. Our goals are to remove the barriers that prohibit so many deserving young people in Miami to enriching music experiences.

 

This organization not only supports our youth through music, but also gives many music educators and musicians, like myself, an incredible opportunity to find community, purpose and joy. 

VYM has given me the ability to do what I love - to teach music and connect with our youth in an inclusive, supportive, and inspiring community, all while staying committed to being a stay at home mom. As a special needs mom, this means the world to me!!!!!

I'm able to bring knowledge, understanding and creativity through the power of music and cultivate lasting memories and skills with each student that joins. And for that I am eternally grateful!
