I’ve been involved with H3 since its inception in 2007. Since then, H3 has transformed from a small, local breast cancer support group into a non-profit (501(c)(3)), community outreach program that provides not only survivors, but also anyone who desires to improve his/her overall wellness, with access to educational resources. The goal of H3 is evident in its name: Health. Hope. Healing. We offer outstanding lectures and workshops on breast cancer awareness, treatment breakthroughs and prevention. We focus on integrating conventional and alternative modalities to promote the best overall healthy lifestyle. Our livelihood is reliant on grants and donations so that we may continue to offer our services at no charge. Access to free programs, especially in our underserved communities, is a vital component of the work of H3.
