The Emerging Young Ladies Program (EYL) helps to create, support and build character for girls in 5th to 8th grade in the following areas: leadership, educational enrichment, civic engagement and responsibility by increasing their knowledge in the areas of science, engineering , math, financial literacy and the arts. We expose the girls to many of the non-traditional careers for women. We encourage them to increase their personal growth, successes and develop lifelong learning skills.

We realize that these can be extremely tough and trying years for girl at this age. It is our hope that their involvement in EYL will assist in in building confidence, an understanding of academic excellence, learn how to work together as young women, become valiant citizens in society, gain effective communication skills and obtain exceptional interpersonal and decision making skills.

Parents play a role in this mentorship program by providing support to their daughters. Our goal is to have fun as they become a girl of grace,  an independent thinker and an Emerging Young Lady!
