Zoo Miami

Welcome to my Give Miami Day champion page for Zoo Miami Foundation! For 9 years, I’ve been proud to be part of this incredible organization, working to protect wildlife and inspire a love for nature in our community. Zoo Miami Foundation plays a vital role in conservation, education, and animal care, and your support helps us continue this important work. Zoo Miami has become an icon of the community and one of the best zoo's in the world, thanks to your generosity. Join me this GIVE MIAMI DAY by making a difference—together, we can help preserve the natural world for generations to come. Donate today!"

Your Support Saves

In February, Zoo Miami addressed overcrowded manatee care facilities in South Florida by building a temporary pool
for two manatees, thanks to donations like yours. After receiving care, the manatees returned to SeaWorld to finish their rehabilitation!

Your Support Educates

Each year Zoo Miami Foundation impacts thousands of children and families across Miami-Dade County. Boasting a 100% graduation rate, our Conservation Teen Scientist (CTS) program provides high school youth with life skills while also empowering them to appreciate wildlife and conserve it for future generations. CTS is 100% donor supported, making it completely free for participants.

Your Support Builds

From the Conservation Action Center to the currently in-design animal hospital, donors play a front-line role in transforming the zoo into a state-of-the-art conservation and animal welfare organization. The Sea Turtle Hospital, a 100% donor funded project, approaches its two-year anniversary having rescued more than 60 turtles.

Your Support Impacts

Zoo Miami Foundation was awarded a 100% rating by Charity Navigator and a Platinum Seal of Transparency by Guidestar. More than $0.93 of every dollar raised goes towards our programming and projects. We are committed to ensuring that your donation is used responsibly and efficiently.

WE APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT!
